We offer a range of assessment tools that have been chosen and sourced specifically to help you gain unique insight into your employees’ values, attitudes, behaviour, and personality traits.

Whether you need to hire a new employee or manage existing employees, our assessments are aimed at making this process easier and more meaningful. You can also take the assessment yourself to gain more insight into your own personality traits and default behaviour.

Recruitment Assistance - New Hires

Hiring the right employee the first time round is crucial. It saves time, money, cuts down on behavioural (and even safety) risks and helps keep morale high.

Some employers still employ on gut-feeling and most recruitment agencies’ services are limited to finding suitable candidates and sending a few short-listed CV’s.The rest of the work is left to the employer.

We offer full recruitment assistance to companies who do not have an in-house recruitment function.

We will work closely with employers to make hiring the best candidate for the position easy and efficient. Our experts assist by building a comprehensive profile of each short-listed candidate to help guide the selection. Our profiles offer comprehensive insight into each candidate and helps predict future work behaviour, if they were hired (insight into what the employer could expect from the employee). The profile can also be utilised successfully for future development and management of the employee.

On top of that our cost/ fees are generally lower than most recruitment agencies. So you actually get so much more for less!

Our process – what is included:

  1. We do a needs analysis – obtain a job description and gain insight into the role function as well as the company culture.
  2. We advertise the position.
  3. We collect and screen resumes.
  4. We collect additional information from potential short-listed candidates.
  5. We shortlist 2-5 candidates, depending on the employer’s preferences.
  6. Optional: resumes are sent through to employer to select preferred candidates.
  7. We compile a preliminary recruitment report to assist employer to select their ideal interview candidates.
  8. Top 2-3 candidates are selected.
  9. Top 2-3 candidates complete the psychometric tests (completed online through us). Personality assessment (maximum three preferred candidates) is included in price. Additional psychometric tests are available but carry additional costs.
  10. We contact shortlisted candidates for interviews and set up interview times in collaboration with employer.
  11. We sit in on interviews and can assist with compiling interview questions. Alternatively separate interviews can be conducted by employer.
  12. We conduct reference checks.
  13. After all short-listed candidates have been interviewed, we complete the final recruitment report for each candidate. This provides a good idea of what to expect from each candidate should they be appointed in the role.
  14. We compile an interview scorecard for all shortlisted candidates and send this through to assist the employer in making the final and fair selection.
  15. Employer selects the perfect candidate and contacts candidate for offer of employment.
  16. We contact the unsuccessful candidates and inform them that their applications were unsuccessful.
