The AVP solution helps identify the personality traits and “default settings” which are correlated with successful workplace performance. The assessment has a unique focus on Behavioural Risk, predicting the likelihood of people’s inherent “hard wiring” for positive attitude, integrity, achievement-orientation, responsibility, communication, coachability, aggression, distractibility and more.

Attitude-Values-Personality (AVP) Assessment

From one assessment input of 10-15 minutes you can receive ANY or ALL of the following reports:

  1. AVP Summary page (employer version)
  2. AVP Interview Page (employer version)
  3. AVP Combo Report (employer version) identifies the personality traits and “default settings” which are correlated with successful workplace performance. It predicts the likelihood of people’s inherent “hard wiring” for positive attitude, integrity, achievement-orientation, responsibility, communication, coachability, aggression, distractibility, and more.
  4. Safety Quotient™ (SQ™) (employer and participant version) helps identify and predict the high-risk personality traits (impulsiveness, distractibility, rule resistance, irritability, impatience etc.). It can be used to reduce safety incidents, injuries, fatalities, property damage, and work stoppages.
  5. Driver Safety Quotient™ (DSQ™) (employer and participant version) helps companies understand the driver’s likelihood of crashes, near misses, traffic violations, property damage and more. It can be used to decrease incidents of crashes, moving violations, and operator error for motor vehicles and heavy equipment.
  6. Work Values & Attitude (WVA) predicts integrity, responsibility, positive attitude, and more. It may be used to reduce incidents of bad hires, absenteeism, employee turnover, poor performance, violence, harassment, theft, fraud, and more. It can also help to increase employee engagement, productivity, customer satisfaction, profitability and more.
  7. Workstyle & Performance Profile (WPP) (employer and participant version) reveals each participant’s workstyle, strengths and areas of improvement. It predicts behaviours related to ambition, empathy, attention to detail, outgoingness, and more. It can be used for hiring, training, and performance management. We also produce a specialised WPP-Sales for identifying top lead-generation sales reps (hunters), account managers (farmers), and customer service representatives.

It’s as simple as sending your prospective hire or current employee an email invitation with a link to complete the assessment. The assessments consists of 155 questions, which takes 10-15 minutes to complete. Within 24 hours you will have our easy-to-read reports delivered to your inbox.

The cost for the AVP assessment solution package is R995 – for one low cost you will receive all of the reports mentioned above at no extra cost.

We also offer additional assessment and add-on reports including:

  1. Cognitive Quotient (CQ) evaluates a participant’s ability to solve work-related problems using language comprehension, numerical and spatial skills. This assessment carries an additional charge.
  2. English Proficiency (EP) measures a person’s ability to review written English, use correct grammar, understand the meanings of words and type error-free sentences. This assessment carries an additional charge.
  3. Leadership Profiles (LP) builds on the core Workstyle and Performance Profile (WPP) by adding two additional areas of exploration: business reasoning (verbal and numerical problem solving) and conflict management style. It is most suited to managers, supervisors and executive levels. The LP takes 45-60 minutes to complete and carries an additional charge.
  4. E-learning course on Managing Safety Self-Awareness this personalised course can be taken by supervisors and employees to understand and improve their safety self-awareness based on their SQ scores. It helps increase a safer and more efficient workplace which leads to a safety culture, increased worker satisfaction, stronger corporate brand and increased profitability. This course carries an additional charge.
