Our process starts off by identifying specific behavioural traits that can pose a risk to your organisation. We then gather information from various sources, such as interviews, open source data, statements, audio-visual material, assessments, observations etc., to identify which of these traits are present. This information is then coded.
Once the behavioural traits have been coded we analyse the information for patterns, confirmation of traits and strength analysis of traits. The analysis process helps us to make sense of the data.
The analysed data is then transformed into a clear profile that assists you to gain a full picture of the individual, group or society. This profile provides you with insight into how the individual or group is likely to think and behave and could predict future actions in various contexts.
Once you have a clearer understanding of the individual, group or society we can help you to manage their actions through interventions that could include: counselling, coaching, training, negotiation, engagement or counter-strategies.
